Freight shipments (packages over 100 lbs) will be delivered to your driveway. Any special delivery requirements may be possible but will incur a fee. Nor is Air Sanctuary liable or responsible for ensuring a unit is delivered inside your home.

Damages & Missing Items: Inspect ALL packages for damaged or missing items before accepting your shipment, note this on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Although Air Sanctuary is NOT responsible for shipping damage, if your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@airsanctuary.com and we can assist with filing a claim against the shipping carrier to cover the cost of damages.
